Contact:
Participants will explore techniques for rendering landscape. Led by artist Scott Nikola, participants will look at selected pieces of artwork from the collection of the Art Gallery, University of Saint Joseph, and compose their own landscape compositions. Weather permitting; part of this class may take place outdoors. Participants should bring compressed charcoal and/or pencils as well as a 16 x 22 inch pad of charcoal drawing paper.
