Join Director Bob Burns on an exciting trip to view breathtaking works of art by Dale Chihuly installed at the New York Botanical Gardens. Our time there will be unique with a 45 min tram ride around the gardens and then a specialty guided tour of the Chihuly exhibit. On the bus, enjoy the documentary “Dale Chihuly in the Hotshop”, which gives a sneak peek into his glassblowing process.
Fee includes museum admission, gratuities, transportation, and refreshments on the way home. Lunch will be on your own. Bus departs the Mattatuck Museum at 8:00 a.m. and Pomperaug Woods at 8:30 a.m. Leave NYBG at 4:00 p.m.
