Decorate a sugar skull mask, dance to live music with Mariachi Tercera Generación, and enjoy books provided by the Hartford Public Library’s Library On Wheels. Free. Registration encouraged. This event is created in partnership with Helena’s Casita as part of Hartford’s Día de Muertos, a series of events in Hartford celebrating the rich culture of Día de Muertos.
