This summer, we celebrate the extraordinary career of Stephen Schwartz, who has been composing hit musicals for more than half a century. The hour-long program includes music from early shows such as Pippin and Godspell as well as the much more recent mega-hit Wicked. Enjoy this wonderful music in one of the region’s most beautiful settings with the Farmington Valley as the evening’s backdrop!
The performance will take place on the West Lawn. Please bring chairs or blanket, and a picnic.

Bruce Beginnings: Do you See a Duck?

Do you See a Duck? – Children and their caregivers will learn about ducks through Storytime, hands-on activities, and a craft. Children, ages 2.5-5, and their caregivers are encouraged to explore the museum’s collections and exhibitions through picture books and hands-on activities. Topics will rotate between art and science. This program is free with general admission, but space is limited. See the Visitor Service desk upon arrival to the Museum.
