Day at the Museum: Little Living Landscapes at The Aldrich

Join us for a daylong workshop exploring the magic of plants and terrariums as students create their own tiny green worlds! The day will begin by exploring the various ways in which artists may draw on the natural world for inspiration, and experimenting with our own two-dimensional plant-inspired project. For the remainder of the day, students will design and create their own succulent and moss terrariums using embellished Mason jars, decorated pebbles, mosses, and a number of living plants and succulents. All participants will leave with their very own terrarium, and instructions on how to care for them.
