Learn all about these toad-ally awesome amphibians. We’ll discover which types are native to Connecticut, meet some live frogs and toads from around the world, and take a hike on the trails to see if we can find some of SM&NC’s resident frogs. All attendees, including adults, must have a ticket. Limited to 16 participants. Recommended for ages 5 and up. Meets at Overbrook Nature Center. Opening Reception for On Paper: Media and Techniques

Join us for the opening of On Paper: Media and Techniques, an examination of the materials and processes used to create works of art on paper, including drawings, watercolors, and various printmaking techniques. On Paper features an international selection of works, ranging from sixteenth century Italian drawings to contemporary Japanese prints, as well as a selection of recent acquisitions of art by important women artists.
