SUMMARY:Farm & Forest All-Terrain 5K Run
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, April 6\, 2025\nRace starts promptly at 8:30 am\nWith our new Hog Wild Kids Fun Run at 8 am!\nNow in its second year\, our annual benefit run explores the vast terrain and many wonders of the SM&NC’s extraordinary 118-acre site. This year\, by popular demand\, we’re adding a Kids Fun Run a half-hour earlier at 8 am for young runners!\nThe Run Route will include paved paths throughout Heckscher Farm\, scenic nature trails\, wooden boardwalks and more. Winding through Heckscher Farm\, participants will run past animals like cows\, horses\, llamas\, goats and donkeys. The route loops around Bendel Pond and heads up to Bendel Mansion\, showcasing Henri Bendel’s original vision\, including lion statues and an Italian Renaissance fountain. The course then enters the SM&NC’s hiking trails\, crosses Otter Bridge\, and reenters Heckscher Farm\, passing pigs\, Guinea Hogs\, and a Scottish Highland Cow before returning to the Farmhouse.\nThe course is a two-loop design to ensure participants can enjoy the experience twice. Rain or shine\, the race starts promptly at 8:30 am at the Knobloch Family Farmhouse Plaza.\n$35 Race Registration includes a t-shirt.\nHog Wild Kids Fun Run: $15 \nREGISTER NOW!\nSEE LAST YEAR’S  EVENT PHOTOS\n \nPresenting Sponsor  \n \nEvent Producer
