Junior Curator: Spring Session 1

Ages 11 – 13 Meets at Heckscher WILD! Porch This program provides an overview of basic animal care and experiential learning on Heckscher Farm. The program includes a behind-the-scenes tour of the farm and various hands-on experiences, such as cleaning and feeding of animals. Upon completion of the program, each participant will be eligible to become a farm volunteer. Space is limited to 6 participants per session. Held from 3:30 – 5:00 pm each session day. Tai Chi

Join Sadako Ohki, the Japan Foundation Associate Curator of Japanese Art and curator of the exhibition Year of the Dragon, for a close examination of Pair of Screens with Dragons and Waves, attributed to the Japanese artist Kaihō Yūshō (1533–1615), and Civilization Landscape No. 073 by the Chinese artist Qin Feng (b. 1961).
