Opening Reception for On Paper: Media and Techniques

Join us for the opening of On Paper: Media and Techniques, an examination of the materials and processes used to create works of art on paper, including drawings, watercolors, and various printmaking techniques. On Paper features an international selection of works, ranging from sixteenth century Italian drawings to contemporary Japanese prints, as well as a selection of recent acquisitions of art by important women artists. Fairfield University Art Museum is thrilled to announce the opening of its latest exhibition, “Sacred Space: A Brandywine Workshop and Archive Print Exhibition,” on September 20, 2024 in the Museum’s Walsh Gallery in the Quick Center for the Arts.
