Join us to celebrate Juneteenth!
Hill-Stead is once again hosting this event as part of a month-long series of Juneteenth celebrations taking place throughout the region. Inspired by Juneteenth picnics, please join us for an evening of discovery and celebration featuring a musical performance by Voices of Hartford.
FriendZWorldMusic embodies a vibrant collective of artists, including musicians, dancers, entertainers, and educators, whose origins span the globe. Drawing from their rich and diverse backgrounds, they celebrate a multitude of creeds and cultures through their music and dance. Their live performances, full of color and energy, ignite the senses and move audiences with their dynamic expression.
The performance will take place on the West Lawn. Please bring chairs or blanket, and a picnic.

6:30 pm    Gates open
7:00 pm    Performance begins
Rain Date: No rain date, the performance will be moved inside to the Makeshift Theater in the event of rain. Chairs will be provided if the event is inside.
