Bruce Beginnings: Sparkle Rock

Sparkle Rock – Children and their caregivers will learn about minerals through Storytime, hands-on activities, and a craft. Children, ages 2.5-5, and their caregivers are encouraged to explore the museum’s collections and exhibitions through picture books and hands-on activities. Topics will rotate between art and science. This program is free with general admission, but space is limited. See the Visitor Service desk upon arrival to the Museum.

Sparkle Rocks – Learn about minerals and their colors and qualities through different motor skills, sensory objects, and song! Explore the Museum and its collection with a fun and interactive experience. This program is specifically designed for children ages 12 Months – 30 Months old and their caregivers. Free with Museum admission. Note: Space is limited; first come, first served.
