Mosaic Masterpieces with Sarah Segovia
Glass artist Sarah Segovia returns to the NBMAA for another hands-on mosaic workshop! In this three-day session, students will learn about elements of line, color, and shape from works in the Museum’s collection and work on a 12 x 12 inch tile to create a large-format abstract mosaic composition, finishing by grouting the piece on the last day of class. This exciting workshop will expose Adventurers to a unique medium!
Safety goggles will be provided during the application of mosaic pieces. Art Adventures is best suited for kids ages 6 and up; preregistration is required.
