Otterly Amazing

Learn about our amazing North American River Otters and get a chance to see our new otter up close! Create some enrichment for our otters, learn what our keepers feed them, get a behind the scenes tour of the exhibit, and get an up-close look at the training that we’re conducting with Sadie and Ron as well! On Thin Ice: Alaska’s Warming Wilderness

On Thin Ice: Alaska’s Warming Wilderness transports visitors to the Arctic to confront the startling impacts of climate change. Remarkable animals from the Bruce’s natural history collections are paired with scale landscape models that showcase Alaska’s diverse ecosystem. The installation highlights both subtle and dramatic shifts occurring across the Alaskan landscape, bringing attention to the impact of rising temperatures.

Art Adventures: Pointillism

Participants will create their own pointillism artwork! Art Adventures is a drop-in program designed for children aged four and up and their families.
