Women Artists of the NBMAA

In this three-day workshop, adventurers will explore various media while learning about the rich history of American women artists. Using the NBMAA’s permanent collection as a reference, students will be exposed to the diverse artistic practices of well-known women artists and will create both two- and three-dimensional works inspired by Louise Nevelson, Georgia O’Keeffe, Mary Cassatt, and more. Art Adventures is best suited for children ages 6 and up; preregistration is required.
