Wonder Art Winter II: Wed 10:30AM

Ages 18 month – 2+ (with caregiver) We’ll explore the season through live animal visits, natural artifacts, stories, songs, and of course, process-based art experiences designed specifically for our youngest learners. Meets at the Knobloch Farmhouse. If Stamford schools are delayed or closed due to weather, class will be cancelled. Solar System & Night Sky Planetarium Show

Explore our solar system this last year in our current planetarium! No strollers allowed. Please, no light up shoes allowed in planetarium. Limited to 20 people. All participants must have a ticket. American Mural Project Extends Its Family-Day Programming To Weekends throughout September

The American Mural Project (AMP) has extended its Family Day programming to weekends through September 29. Families can now participate in art activities any time during open hours. All art activities are included with admission. This month’s activities include Making Art with Fire: Fire Tiles and making Fire Prevention posters. Junior WILD! Keepers: Summer Session 1

Ages 11 – 13 Heckscher WILD! MEMBERS ONLY It’s our program’s 10th anniversary! Junior WILD! Keepers was established in 2015, with the opening of our Heckscher WILD! exotic animal exhibit. The Junior WILD! Keepers program gives participants hands-on experience in the care, feeding, and enrichment of our exotic teaching animals.
