1111 Chapel Street
In this discussion and interactive drawing activity, we consider the relationship of Do Ho Suh’s life-size fabric replicas of domestic interiors to themes of memory, home, and displacement. Presented in conjunction with the installation of Do Ho Suh’s Boiler Room, London Studio (2015), on view in the Jane and Richard Levin Study Gallery through December 8.
Featuring artists, students, scholars, and community members, (Inter)sections is a series of programs that promotes interdisciplinary dialogue and engages the Gallery’s expansive collection, offering a unique blend of perspectives on culture, identity, and power to critically reflect on the human experience.
