This five-day, tech-art program for kids 7–11, in partnership with CT STEM Academy, is all about hands-on fun. Kids will experiment, invent, and reimagine their creations using cutting-edge technology and art material at AMP’s art-enriched indoor and outdoor campus. Kids will:

  • Dive into the imaginative fun of creative engineering.
  • Get tactile with tech: Ozobots, Lego, NASA resources, and UBTECH Robotics.
  • Work as a team, individually, and in pairs on special projects.
  • Design, construct, and launch their own rockets.
  • Engage in a kid-friendly process that teaches Research & Development skills.
  • Get cracking with coding—on screen and off.
  • Gain an appreciation of structured models and thinking outside of the box.
  • Build real robots and imaginative landscapes for them to play in.
  • Stage a friendly robot competition—and root for their favorites.

Along the way, they’ll make friends, gain new insights, and develop science, math, art, and engineering aptitudes that spark lifelong innovation. No experience is necessary.
